Cinco!

Today was a day where every group went out and shot their interviews, stand-ups and b-roll. Jen, John, Sue and I were all in a group. Our initial idea for our package was to do it on how President Spellmann and President Evans has differed in their presidency and how many changes there has been since Evans has taken over. So yesterday, we all went to President Evans' office and spoke to his secretary about getting an interview with him for today. We both exchanged phone numbers and she told us she would call us today. All morning went by and we didn't hear from them. We started to get a little nervous and decided to make a backup plan which was to interview Mike Wall about the 89.1 The Wood, but then we found out someone else was doing that. So then we moved on to plan C which was to do our package on the head coach for the Women's lacrosse team because he is such a young head coach. We took off and ran with that idea. Later during the day though, Evans' secretary finally calls us back to let us know that he could meet with us on the 16th of .......February! We all found this pretty humorous!
We shot everything that needed to be shot, ate dinner and went to the station to log everything. Today was a very stressful but fun day. Even though we were all pretty stressed, we had fun and didn't buckle down under pressure.
